The invoice starts from the deal.
Invoices issued through your own SmartBill account, with VAT calculated on the regime of the sale: the normal regime or the margin scheme for second-hand cars. Accounting entries are voided, not deleted.

Tax declarations
Where we stand, said plainly
AutoDeck prepares the D300 and D394 data and the dealer's accountant files the declarations. Fiscal invoices are issued through the dealer's own SmartBill account; SmartBill sends them to e-Factura when automatic transmission is enabled in that account, otherwise the dealer sends them from SmartBill. AutoDeck files nothing with ANAF and sends nothing to it.

What to know before you start
- Do I need an IT person to get started?
- No. AutoDeck runs in the browser and there is nothing to install. You invite your colleagues yourself from the users page, each with their own role.
- How do I bring my stock and customers over from Excel?
- Save the Excel sheet as a CSV file and upload it to AutoDeck, starting from the template for vehicles or the one for customers. On request, we help you import your existing data from Excel or another system, free of charge.
- What do I need to issue invoices?
- A SmartBill account in your company's name, with API access. AutoDeck issues every invoice through that account and records no sale without an invoice, so if you invoice with other software you cannot complete a sale. Check with SmartBill that your subscription includes API access.
- Who can see my company's and my customers' data?
- Every dealership sees only its own data. Inside the dealership, every user has a role, and the role decides what they see and what they can change. Your accountant can have an account of their own that shows only the accounting and cannot change anything. When the AutoDeck team needs to look at your data for support, they write down the reason, cannot change anything, and every read is recorded. The connection to AutoDeck is encrypted.
- What happens to my data if I leave?
- Access stops and the data stays in the account. If you write to us within 30 days of the end, we send you your data as an export. On your written request we then delete it, except what the law requires us to keep.
- Who is AutoDeck not for?
- Garages and parts shops: AutoDeck has no service bookings and no parts stock. It is made for dealers who buy and sell cars.
